▶ Vcard links
A vCard link is a downloadable digital business card that your visitor can save to their phone or computer with a single click. It generates a standardized .vcf file that’s supported by almost every device.
📌 Step-by-step creation
Go to the “vCard Links” section in the left-hand menu.
Click on the “+ vCard Link” button.
A small window will appear where you can enter:
▸ Short URL
Enter a custom link ending (e.g. smartcard.com/adrienn) or leave it blank to let the system generate one for you.
Click the “Create vCard URL” button – this creates a base version, which you can then personalize.
🧾 Editing the content Once your vCard link is created, a detailed form appears where you can fill in all your information:
Avatar – profile photo (max 0.75 MB, .jpg or .png)
First Name / Last Name
Email Address
Website URL
Company Name
Job Title
Birthday
Address Details (Street, City, ZIP code, Region, Country)
Note (e.g. “Please refer to this email address!”)
You can also add optional sections with a single click:
📞 Phone Numbers 🌐 Social Links (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) 🔗 Temporary URL – for redirecting to another page temporarily 🛡 Protection – to add a password or restriction ⚙ Advanced – for technical settings (if your plan supports it)
And finally, don’t forget to click the “Update” button to save your changes!
