# Settings

Once you've created your first business card, you'll automatically be taken to the **Settings** page. Here, you can customize the appearance, behavior, and technical details of your page.

🔗 **Short URL**\
Here you can view and modify the address of your business card.\
⚠️ **Warning:** If you're using a physical smart business card, **DO NOT** change this link!\
If you do, the physical card will stop working, as the NFC or QR code is programmed to point to this specific URL.

🎨 **Preset Themes**\
You can choose from ready-made color schemes and designs that instantly enhance the appearance of your business card.\
Pick a style that suits you – modern, colorful, clean, elegant... just click and apply!

This section is for advanced users, where you can fine-tune every detail:

* **Background:** color, image, blur, brightness
* **Favicon:** browser icon customization
* **Font & Size:** choose your preferred typography
* **Block width, spacing & animations**

This is where you can give your digital business card a truly unique visual identity.

✅ **Verified Badge**\
If you'd like your business card to display a "verified" status (blue checkmark), please contact our customer support.\
You can choose to display the badge at the top, at the bottom, or hide it entirely.

🏷️ **Branding**\
If you're operating under your own brand or company, this is where you can set:

* **Brand Name**
* **URL** (your website address)
* **Text Color** for how your brand appears on your profile

This option helps visually reinforce your brand identity on your digital business card.

📊 **UTM Parameters**\
Using marketing tools? Then this is for you:

* Set where the visitor came from (**Source**)
* Define the campaign details (**Medium**, **Campaign Name**)
* UTM parameters will be **automatically appended** to your outgoing links

This allows you to **accurately track** where your visitors are coming from and which campaigns are performing best.

🔒 **Protection**\
If you don’t want just anyone to access your digital card, you can protect it here:

* **Password Protection**: Only those who know the password will be able to view your page
* **Sensitive Content Warning**: A custom pop-up will appear before access, if enabled

This ensures your digital card is only seen by the right people.

🔍 **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**\
This section helps make your page more discoverable on Google and other search engines:

* **Page Title**: Appears in search results and browser tabs
* **Meta Description**: A short summary shown under your page title in search results
* **Meta Keywords**: Optional tags to help with relevance
* **OpenGraph Image**: The thumbnail shown when sharing your link on social platforms

👉 You can also choose to **disable indexing** if you prefer to keep your page private from search engines.

📱 **PWA – Installable as a Mobile App**\
Your digital business card can be installed as an app on your visitors’ devices!

Here’s how to set it up:

* **Activate** the feature with a single switch
* **Upload a PWA icon** – this will appear on the phone’s home screen
* **Customize the prompt** – choose a color and set how soon the install banner appears

✅ Once enabled, your card behaves like a standalone app, offering a smooth, app-like experience on mobile devices.
