With File Links, you can upload files and generate short, shareable URLs for them. This makes your documents, PDFs, presentations, or even images easily accessible via a simple link.
What’s it good for?
Sharing offers, price lists, brochures
Uploading portfolios, CVs, or contracts
Sending any file quickly and neatly (even from a smart business card)
How to create a file link:
Go to the “File Links” section in the left menu.
Click the “Create File URL” button.
A window will appear where you need to enter the following:
▸ Select File
Click the “Select File” button and upload the file you want to share. Supported formats include:
.jpg, .png, .pdf, .zip, .rar, .doc, .docx, etc.
Maximum size: 25 MB
▸ Short URL
You can set a custom ending for the file link (e.g., smartcard.com/offer), or leave it blank and the system will generate one for you.
Click “Create File URL”.
And then…
The system will generate your shortened link, which you can share with anyone. Visitors will land on a download page where they can easily access your file.
