📊 Data Overview

Under the “Data” menu, you'll find the information collected through the forms placed on your digital business cards. This can include emails, phone numbers, or messages—depending on the type of input blocks you’ve used.


🧲 What kind of data appears here?

You’ll see entries submitted through the following types of data collection blocks:

  • 📧 Email Collection Block – Only asks for the visitor’s email address.

  • 📞 Phone Number Collection Block – Records the visitor’s phone number.

  • Contact Form – Includes name, email, message, and optional custom fields.


🔍 Table Contents

  • Data column – Displays collected info like email addresses, names, or other field entries.

  • Type column – Indicates through which kind of form the info was submitted.

  • Icons – Show useful details like submission date, ID, or related actions.

In the top-right corner, you’ll find useful tools:

  • Download icon – Export all data (e.g. in CSV format).

  • Filter icon – Filter the list based on various criteria.

  • Display mode icon – Switch between column or row view.


💡 Pro tip

If you use your business cards to collect newsletter signups or build client connections, this section becomes your mini CRM. It’s a great starting point for follow-ups, email campaigns, or sharing offers.
